All classes begin at 8.50am with a discussion as to the menu to be prepared and enjoyed. You will be provided with a pad and pen to write the shopping list, first in English and then Arabic, enabling you to go into the souk, shopping in the language of the market place. 


The classes are fully participatory and taught by Edwina and the House of Fusion's resident Dada, Hasna.


Recipes are emailed following the class together with your certificate. You are encouraged to video some of the pastry techniques and the rolling and raking of the couscous.
