8 Dish Moroccan Fusion Lunch Class, with wine at lunch. The class begins with menu planning, writing the shopping list in Arabic to go forth into the market choosing produce in your new language, then it's back to the prep table with baskets groaning, to preppitty, prep, prep, your feast
10 Dish Meat & Seafood Lunch and Dinner Master Class and Wine Pairings 
where you will really crank things up, cooking b'stilla, tanjia, calamari, stuffed shanks, monk fish tajine, etc  etc you will cook like a local, tajine over coals in the street, setting up the brazier and then keeping it alight, bbq brochettes, again the in the street, outside the riad..quite an amazing day...if the girls in your party would prefer to do a little shopping, we are surrounded by shops and we also have the best visiting hairdresser..everyone's happiness is well catered..
