How you will spend your escapade in Marrakech
Airport transfers
-Welcome Feast Mystery Menu withh wine pairing and a cocktail beginning.
-12 Dish Lunch and Dinner Master Class with wines
Menu plan and write the shopping list in phonetic Arabic, going forth into the nearby market, choosing your produce, then it's back to the prep table, with baskets laden to preppitty, prep, prep, prep. Late afternoon it's off to the spice trader to choose spices to take home, ready for a grand Moroccan dinner party!
-Shopping Extravaganza to Hidden Places Holding Hearts' Desires, lunch terrace top (main course included) and coffee at the burning sands coffee man
-Dinner terrace top nearby the riad (main course included)

How you will spend your escapade in Essaouira
Depart Marrakech at 8am for the 3 hour drive to Essaouira, where you will stay bang on the ramparts in glorious accommodation.
You will stroll the port stopping at the little stalls for freshly shucked oysters, razor clams, sea urchins and cerviche before choosing fish to have BBQ at the very end of the port, sitting by the sea under giant size seagulls.
Tonight you will dine (main course included) at a real gem with divine food and wicked cocktails.
You will stroll the Portugese settled port including the ships chandlers, now shops; It's a terrific sport to buy some art...
Next morning you will depart Essaouira at 10am for Marrakech, lunch and a Dinner Class.
How you will spend the day in the High Atlas
Depart Marrakech at 8am for the Tizn Test Pass and it's breathtaking scenery, stopping for post breakfast coffee and m'smmns before conbtinuing on our way to the remotest of olive growing hamlets, at the epicentre of the 2023 earthquake, where we will cook with a family in this most gutsy of communities as they try to build, literally, homes to replace their tents. We will make the bread of the region and cook tajine over coals. The most magic of days.
