This holiday is yours and yours alone..

Solo guests will stay in a double room/single occupancy. There is no surchage for solo travellers
2 to 6 guests        arrive in time for the Welcome Feast on the day of your choosing

A wonderful dive into gourmand heaven, beginning with the welcome feast and wines, three nights sleeping in sumptuousness and two days of cooking fabulous and swilling Morocco's finest. We will be at the airport to meet you and there to wave goodbye.

You will awaken to the aroma of coffee and gloryarse breakfasts waiting in the courtyard, then it's menu planning for the two days, writing the list and shopping for produce in your new language! We will talk a little prior to your arrival, regarding the meat and seafood dishes, you would love to prep, to ensure the cuts of meat will be waiting and the seafood lolling in their trays..

Moroccan wines will be either airing or chilling and cocktails ready to shake and pour..

You will relax with a hammam and massage and walk to the spice trader in the Mallah, the nearby Jewish quarter, to claim spices to take home.

Hopefully there will be time on the last day, before flying, to go into the souks with me, for some shopping in some hidden, favourite spots...
