Welcome Feast, Mystery Menu & Wine Pairing beginning of course, with a cocktail
8 Dish Moroccan Fusion Lunch Class, with wine at lunch. The class begins with menu planning, writing the shopping list in Arabic to go forth into the market choosing produce in your new language, then it's back to the prep table with baskets groaning, to preppitty, prep, prep, your feast.
Dinner tonight at a nearby rooftop favourite. Mains and a cocktail included.
Shopping Extravaganza to hidden Places Holding Hearts' Desires with lunch terrace top, deep inside the medina. 
Tapas and Wine Dinner, at the riad, either terrace top or by the fire.. 
Dinner Class with wines and a cocktail
Dinner after the Atlas Mountain Day, tanjia of lamb in the riad, with wines. Tanjia is a Marrakech dish cooked for hours in the hammam coals!

How you will spend your mini escapade in ESSAOUIRA
 8am Depart Marrakech for the 3 hour drive to Essaouira, to stay bang on the ramparts in gorgeous accommodation, to eat and eat seafood in the port, chosen and then barbequed, to dine at night, in a wicked spot, wander the converted ships' chandlers, lose yourself in the charming alleyways under the flapping wings of the biggest seagulls known to man..1 x lunch & dinner. Lunch fully inclusive, dinner, mains and a cocktail, included..
10am the following day, depart Essaouira for Marrakech and lunch in the riad and a Dinner Class

How you will spend your wonderful day in the HIGH ATLAS
8am we are in the car off to Cook in the High Atlas, traditionally over coals, with the ladies of an olive farming family, in the the remotest of hamlets. We will stop for coffee and the best m'smmns, we will drive the Tizn Test in the most breath taking scenery until turning down a hidden, bumpy lane to the river where we will walk across a ricketty bridge into a tiny hamlet where tea and goodies await. Then it's sleeves up, to set the kitchen fires and begin the lunch prep, beginning with blistering the peppers..
